The Nationwide Climate Service predicts extreme rainfall and potential robust winds for Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden counties.
Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden counties are beneath a flood watch from midday Monday till midnight Tuesday.
“Flooding brought on by extreme rainfall is feasible,” acknowledged the Nationwide Climate Service’s flood watch announcement early Monday.
The storms impacting western Massachusetts and Connecticut may deliver temporary robust to damaging winds on Monday.
