Man tries to settle South Finish site visitors argument by taking pictures the opposite man’s automotive; now he faces arraignment, police say


Boston Police report arresting a person they are saying shot at one other motorist’s automotive after the 2 had some kind of road-rage incident on East Berkeley Road close to Harrison Avenue within the South Finish shortly earlier than 10:40 p.m. on Friday.

Upon arrival, officers noticed two automobiles stopped on the intersection of Harrison Avenue and East Berkeley Road. Officers made contact with the operator of the suspect’s car and positioned him into handcuffs.

Officers instantly noticed a firearm contained in the car, and requested detectives to reply to the scene. The firearm was later decided to be a Springfield Hellcat with one spherical within the chamber, and eight rounds within the journal. After a search incident to arrest, officers situated a field of ammunition, and holster from contained in the car.

Officers have been suggested that the incident originated at Albany Road and East Berkeley Road. Officers have been instructed that an argument ensued following a highway rage incident, and the suspect shot on the sufferer’s car.

Police charged Furtado, who had a license for the gun, with assault with a harmful weapon and discharging a firearm inside 500 toes of a dwelling.

He’s scheduled for arraignment Monday in Boston Municipal Courtroom.
