WEST BOYLSTON, MASS. (WHDH) – A Clinton man was arrested and is accused of carjacking somebody at a West Boylston Dairy Queen drive through.
Cameron Suarez, 26, of Clinton, faces a number of fees.
On Sunday, police responded to the Dairy Queen on West Boylston Road in West Boylston for stories of an armed theft and carjacking.
Upon arrival, police say a 55-year-old sufferer reported whereas ready in line, the suspect went to their driver aspect window and knocked on the glass.
The sufferer rolled down her window, and that’s when the suspect, later recognized as Suarez, advised her he had a gun and was going to shoot her if she didn’t get out of the automobile, police stated.
Police stated Suarez took maintain of the sufferer and forcefully eliminated her from the car, throwing her on the bottom and drove off.
Suarez was later seen in Worcester and Leicester. Police say after failing to cease, the automobile stopped on Hartwell Street in Oxford and Suarez was taken into custody.
Suarez was reportedly on probation on the time of the alleged crime, and is charged with carjacking, theft and assault, and battery.
