Boston Police report arresting three males they are saying confirmed up at a celebration on Harlow Road in Dorchester with loaded weapons and two different folks they are saying attacked officers attempting to interrupt up the out of doors blowout round 2:30 this morning.
Upon arrival, officers encountered a crowd of greater than 50 people congregated outdoors the residence. As officers approached, they noticed two males, Â later recognized as 22-year-old Kevin Daveiga and 19-year-old Xavyan Figueroa, each of Dorchester, exhibiting behaviors in line with people probably armed with firearms.
Concurrently, a 3rd male, 28-year-old Aldio Barbosa of Dorchester, was seen operating throughout the road whereas clutching his waistband. He entered the residence at 12 Harlow Road, slamming the door behind him. Moments later, Barbosa was seen briefly getting into the yard earlier than returning inside.
Whereas officers secured the perimeter, others tried to talk with Daveiga, who started strolling away whereas shielding his waistband from view. Additionally charged: Izaiah Rodrigues, assault and battery on a police officer; Alidia Barbosa, assault with a harmful weapon, assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and assault.
Seized, police say: Black Glock 21 (.45 caliber), loaded with one spherical within the chamber and 26 rounds within the journal (recovered from Daveiga); Tan Glock 19 (9mm), loaded with one spherical within the chamber and 25 rounds within the journal (recovered from Barbosa); White Glock 23 (.40 caliber) outfitted with a firearm conversion system (“change”), loaded with one spherical within the chamber and 23 unfastened rounds scattered close by (recovered from Figueroa).
