Boston firefighters rescue man trapped below Orange Line practice

Working in “extraordinarily tight situations,” Boston firefighters have been capable of free a person who turned trapped below an Orange Line practice at North Station Monday, officers stated. 

The person “deliberately entered into the proper of approach” round 12:34 p.m. as a southbound Orange Line practice was approaching, MBTA Transit Police Supt. Richard Sullivan stated in an announcement. 

In a publish on X, the Boston Fireplace Division stated firefighters have been capable of safely extricate the person from beneath the practice. Video from WCVB confirmed first responders hunched below the practice as they labored to load somebody onto a stretcher.
