Ten years in the past at the moment was the beginning of a loopy stretch of snowstorms in Boston. In 2015, there have been 4 huge storms within the span of just some weeks.
All of it started with a blizzard on this very weekend, dumping about 2 toes of snow over a two-day interval.
When all was stated and achieved that winter, Boston noticed a report 110 inches of snow. And an enormous, 75-foot excessive snow pile within the Seaport District did not totally soften till the center of July!
Jan. 27, 2015 continues to be the fourth-highest one-day snowfall of all time in Boston, at 22.1 inches. And the two-day snowfall complete from Jan. 26-27, 2015 of 24.4″ ranks fifth all time.
